All our product comes with free support and updates for one year (365 days) or 2 years (730 days) if you select Extended Support.
After support expires, you have to re-order the products to extend your support and updates valability.
Please make sure to make a safe copy of your product, after Support & Updates expiration, you won’t be able to download product anymore and we won’t provide any version of the product in case of losing it.
Technical support will not be provided for third-party modifications to the code to any license holder.
If the Software is modified using a third-party modification instruction or otherwise, technical support may be refused to any license holder.
Our support includes help for potential errors and answers to questions about our products. Our support doesn’t include help for custom changes or any extra modifications.
